Description
Operating principle
The material to be separated is added into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal field, thematerial is fltered throueh the flter coth.the iauid phase is dischareed throueh the outlet tube. and the solid phase is intercented in the drum.When thematerial is ful,stop feeding, wash the cake, and flter out the washing liouid. The centrifuge continued to rotate and the cake was dried. After the flter cakemeets the separation requirement, the centrifuge reduces the speed and scrapes the flter cake down from the bottom and discharees t out of the machinthrough the scraper, The centrifuge reduces the speed again, and the pneumatic bag shaking device moves up and down to shake of the residual filter cakeso as to realize the complete removal of the filter cake, thereby realizing the repeneration of the filter cloth.
