Operating principle

The automatic bottom discharge scraper centrifuge is vertical tuiiy-automatic filtrationcentrifuge. The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed th rough the belt, andunder the control of pre-written program, the material to be separated is fed into thebasket through the feed system. After the material is filtered through the filtrationmedium (filfe r cloth/screen) under the action of centrifu g al force, the liquid phasedischarges out of the centrifuge through the liquid pipeline, and the solid phase isretained in the basket. A material detection device is used to detected material fillingposition in real-time manner and when the solid cake deposited in the basket reaches thespecified holding capacity of the centrifuge, feeding stops. Then wash and dry the solidcake. After the solid cake meets requirements for knock-out, the centrifuge reduces to thescraping rate, under the hydraulic (pneumatic) control, the scraper device removes thesolid cake, and then the cake id discharged at bottom outlet of the centrifuge.

Main features

• Inclined feed disk: we discarded the central feed or side feedmethod.
• Nitrogen protection system (optional) can meet the requirementsof sealed explosion-proof, and is suitable for the application oftoxic, flammable and explosive occasions. Ensure the safeoperation of the machine.
• Big hinged cover and CIP system, which avoiding cross contamina-tion against the products.
• Multiple safety protection devices: over vibration protection, overcurrent protection, temperature control protection, material layercontrol, scraper stroke protection, open cover protection,mechanical and electrical interlock protection, various warningsand warning signs.
• PLC control, touch screen, inverter control, dynamic braking.feedback braking, self-diagnosis of equipment fault, automaticcontrol panel and DCS control interface.
• Polished internal/external surfaces with roughness up to Ra0.2 -0.4 um, complying with the related requirements of cGMP.
